Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or an associate's degree with equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of direct project management in building construction, with large projects (> $5M).
• Experience with Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS, Fire and Security management is advantageous.
• PMI/PMP certification targeted within two years of employment.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Lead on-site project execution and manage schedules and resources.
• Control costs, billing, and collections to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and internal teams; approve change orders.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with legal and company standards.
