You will lead startup and commissioning, design complex control systems, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with customers and project leads.

Travel up to 50% may be required. The role emphasizes HMI/PLC expertise, QMS compliance, and a strong track record in delivering challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years total experience, with 3+ years in a similar senior role.
• Strong track record in leading control system projects and teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and commissioning of control systems and mentor team members.
• Interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams and provide field feedback.
• Design complex HMI and PLC applications and ensure QMS compliance.
• Identify changes in scope and manage tasks to on-time delivery.
