Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Senior Control Systems Technician to support control system projects and service teams onsite in the US. You will lead installation, start-up, commissioning and FAT processes, wire panels, and diagnose complex control system issues.

The role requires strong HMI/PLC know‑how, customer-focused communication, and the ability to work with project leads and leadership. Expect travel up to 100% and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years industry experience.
• 5+ years as Lead Control Systems Technician II or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in project installation, start‑up and commissioning of control systems.
• Lead instrument loop checks and calibrations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair control systems.
• Perform FATs and wire instruments and panels.
• Understand HMI and PLC applications and their startup troubleshooting.
