Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Controls Engineering from an accredited four-year program.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from electrical drawings including one-line diagrams, network layouts, and control panel schematics.
• Support controls system design, including panel layouts, I/O design, and circuit development.
• Create and review Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Work with design team to provide complete manufacturing drawings.
• Work with engineering and project teams to execute controls scope for projects.
• Support field activities including commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as primary customer contact for controls systems.
• Participate in project meetings as needed (kickoff, design reviews).
• Assist in documenting sequences of operation and system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and networks.
• Support projects in the field including site work.
• Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs for assigned projects.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TAS.
