Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, CS, ME, or EE is required.
• 4+ years in controls and automation in production environments.
• Expertise in Siemens PLC programming (Ladder and Structured Text).
• Servo drive and VFD configuration with PID tuning and safety features.
• Knowledge of ProfiNET/ProfiSAFE/Ethernet IP protocols.
• Experience with SCADA and OT networking integration.
• Knowledge of NFPA70e electrical safety practices.
• U.S. citizenship required per contract obligations.

Responsibilities

• Design, commission, and upgrade control systems for production equipment.
• Architect and maintain Siemens PLC code with scalability in mind.
• Set internal standards for control architectures, safety buyoffs, and compliance.
• Integrate FactoryOS software with automation equipment and lines.
• Lead root cause analyses for automation failures and improvements.
• Install and tune servo drives and VFDs on production lines.
