Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of facility systems (BAS/HVAC/electrical).
• Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs to keep critical infrastructure running.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Assign maintenance tasks and track work orders for timely completion.
• Provide support during emergencies and advise on energy efficiency improvements.
• Review designs and manage BAS modification projects.
