Qualifications

• 5 years progressive experience in electrical systems management.
• 2+ years experience managing people as direct reports.
• Strong understanding of power distribution and electrical safety standards.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical utility distribution systems, including substations and switchgear.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all electrical systems.
• Oversee uninterrupted operation of mission-critical infrastructure in hospitals, research labs, and campuses.
• Direct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical system failures and outages.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, DNV, and state regulations.
• Manage electrical system capital projects and long-term infrastructure planning.
• Supervise internal staff and external contractors.
