Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HVAC/related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong experience with facilities management, technical maintenance or customer service.
• Proficient with BAS systems (e.g., Metasys) and building systems including steam, chilled water, pumps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical equipment).
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for complex equipment failures to keep critical infrastructure operational.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, inspections, and facility upgrades.
• Assign maintenance tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Provide support during emergencies and advise on energy conservation and efficiency.
