Job summary

MSI is seeking a Senior Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure timely financial reporting and strengthen internal controls while guiding budgeting and process improvements.

The role requires 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred, and leadership of accounting teams within the construction/industrial sector. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with professional accounting knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in managing financial analysis and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage accounting team and oversee internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Prepare reconciliations, entries, and financial estimates; support audits.
• Partner with CFO and department leaders to drive financial improvements.
