CFS, a rapidly growing consumer products and manufacturing company, seeks a hands-on Controller in the Portland area to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, and ERP integration. You will mentor the finance team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strong financial discipline during a period of growth.

• Experience owning month-end closes and financial statement prep.
• Cost and manufacturing accounting experience in inventory-intensive environments.
• Hands-on ERP experience, NetSuite preferred or similar system.
• Proven leadership and process-improvement track record.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, SOPs, and controls.
• Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and investors.
