Job summary

CFS in Fishers, IN is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead our accounting organization and report to the leadership team. This onsite role offers visibility into financial strategy and performance, with a focus on strengthening internal controls and compliant reporting.

You will mentor staff, drive monthly closing processes, and partner with executives on growth initiatives while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• CPA preferred with strong financial reporting and internal controls expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll functions.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff while partnering with executive leadership.
