NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a hands-on Controller for a rapidly growing manufacturing client. You will own the monthly close, financial reporting, ERP implementation, audit readiness, and internal controls while partnering with operations, engineering, and supply chain.

This role builds scalable accounting processes, leads a growing finance team, and shapes the financial infrastructure to support expansion and strategic initiatives in an in-office Denver environment.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and experience with audits and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting in high-growth environments.
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory, or project accounting preferred.
• Hands-on leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Lead ERP implementation and drive improvements across accounting systems, controls, and processes.
• Support audit readiness, inventory accounting, capital projects, and fixed asset management.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership teams.
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure and help grow the accounting and finance team over time.

Position Overview

The company is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and develop the financial infrastructure necessary to support continued growth. This individual will oversee the monthly close process, financial reporting, ERP implementation, audit preparation, internal controls, and accounting operations while helping establish a scalable accounting organization. • Hands-on leadership approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
