CFS seeks a Controller to lead the accounting function for a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturing and distribution company. This high-visibility role reports to the CFO and offers hybrid work (1–2 days/week) after a 4–6 month ramp.

You will oversee accounting across multiple locations, build shared services for AP/AR, manage a 3–4 person team, and handle month-end close, P&L analysis, vendor spend, aging, DSO, and cash flow reporting.

Formación

• Experience leading accounting for multi-location manufacturing or distribution is beneficial.
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting across multiple locations.
• Build shared services for AP/AR across the organization.
• Manage a 3–4 person team including Accounting Manager and transactional staff.
• Handle month-end close, P&L analysis, vendor spend, aging, DSO, and cash flow reporting.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across acquisitions.
