Job summary

Talentify seeks a Controller to own the close, reporting, cash management, and internal controls for a fast-growing multi-site clinical operation. You will lead a team including an Assistant Controller and AP Manager, serve as the primary contact for auditors, lenders, and acquired clinic integrations, and drive scalable processes across locations.

You will oversee multi-site close cycles, ensure GAAP compliance, manage the Big 4 audit, and partner with FP&A and operations to standardize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
• Experience in a private equity-backed portfolio company.
• Experience in a multi-location clinical operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multi-location structure.
• Lead GAAP accounting, financial reporting to sponsor and lenders.
• Manage annual Big 4 audit end-to-end with PBC schedules.
• Design and monitor internal controls across a decentralized clinic network.
• Lead accounting integration for acquired clinics and opening balances.
• Develop and manage Assistant Controller and AP Manager.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations for standardized reporting.
• Own balance sheet reconciliation, revenue recognition, inventory/COGS.
• Identify automation opportunities in close and reporting workflows.
