Axia Women’s Health, a leading multi-site healthcare network, seeks a senior Controller to own financial reporting and the accounting function. You will lead treasury, close processes, internal controls, and multi-entity consolidations, partnering with CFO and FP&A to drive fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of accounting teams.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Controller, Controller, or similar accounting leadership role.
• Healthcare, physician practice, MSO, or other multi-site healthcare experience.
• Experience in a high-growth and/or private equity-backed environment.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and external audits.
• Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional business partnership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., Great Plains, NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Payroll.
• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations; ensure timely financial statements.
• Consolidate multiple entities and manage intercompany eliminations under MSAs.
• Present financial results and variances to executive leadership and Board.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls; audits and external relations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, HR, Operations, and FP&A for accurate reporting.
