Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is hiring a Corporate Controller for a rapidly growing PE-backed healthcare services platform with 70+ locations nationwide. You will report directly to the CFO, run the accounting function with autonomy, and help shape the team over the next 12-18 months.

This role requires an active CPA, private equity-backed experience, and multi-site exposure; healthcare experience is a plus. You will partner with the CFO on strategic and operational decisions as the company scales.

Qualifications

• CPA required and active.
• Experience with private equity-backed, multi-site businesses.
• Healthcare exposure a plus; public accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close the monthly close process with modernization mandate.
• Lead an Accounting Manager and AP function.
• Manage noncontrolling interest and revenue recognition for multi-site business.
• Oversee financial systems and reporting infrastructure as the company scales.
• Maintain banking relationships and treasury during transition.
• Partner with CFO on strategic and operational decisions.
