Managed Group LLC is hiring a Controller to own accounting and financial reporting across seven affiliated cybersecurity and technology companies. You will oversee monthly close, intercompany accounting, cash reporting, AR/AP, and controls, tracing transactions from the GL to underlying data.

The role covers consolidations, multistate tax, and management reporting, with hands-on involvement to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong governance.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including owning or leading a monthly close.
• Multi-entity and consolidated financial reporting experience.
• Intercompany accounting and eliminations experience.
• GAAP financial reporting experience with strong controls.
• AR/AP oversight, cash reporting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with multistate sales and use tax compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across seven legal entities.
• Prepare entity-level and consolidated GAAP financials and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting, allocations, and eliminations.
• Develop close calendars, procedures, and internal controls.
• Investigate material balance discrepancies and ensure supportable balances.
• Oversee cash flow, forecasting, invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Lead and develop accounting staff; review work and ensure accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and lender reporting.
