Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 10+ years in accounting and financial reporting with leadership in multi-entity environments.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial statements, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and accounting system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear expectations.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Maintain oversight of cash activity, banking, liquidity, and annual cash audit.
• Enhance systems, workflows, documentation, and internal controls for scalability.
• Coordinate tax, audit and external reporting with auditors and service providers.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
