Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to provide strategic direction and build a robust finance organization. The role reports into the Corporate Controller via onboarding at the Rosemont, IL HQ with the expectation of travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, team development, and process leadership for a large complex growing business while assisting the Assistant Corporate Controller in designing an effective and efficient Finance organization.
• Lead change management for accounting team and develop talent for the organization.
• Manage the monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of GL accounts, etc.
• Lead business initiatives and strategies, including system rollouts, acquisition integration, process improvements and external audits.
• Governance over key systems in VIP, including fixed assets, treasury, leases, and other general ledger systems.
• Develop financial reporting tools in Power BI or other data reporting tools.
• Travel up to 25% required.
