Job summary

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for a Controller to join their team in Colorado. This is a hands-on senior accounting leadership role overseeing three entities, including intercompany activity and consolidations.

The Controller will manage the month-end close, mentor a small accounting team and partner with leadership to strengthen processes and support future acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in management.
• Strong ownership of the complete month-end close process.
• Experience across multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
• Experience with WIP accounting and industry-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-entity month-end and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Oversee intercompany activity, consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Lead treasury activities and daily cash flow management.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
