City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller to own the end-to-end accounting function for six PAL locations. You will manage monthly close, financial reporting, and build scalable processes in a multi-entity environment, partnering with non-financial leaders to drive business growth.

The role requires strong leadership, GAAP expertise, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central); you will lead a team, standardize workflows, and provide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience in multi-entity/multi-location environments.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience building and developing teams.
• ERP system experience required; Dynamics/Business Central preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate financial data for non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting for KC and PAL locations, including billing, vendor payments, cash management, GL, and reconciliations.
• Lead full month-end close for six PAL locations with accurate entries, accruals, and reporting by Business Day 6.
• Prepare/Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
• Build and lead the accounting team; hire, onboard, and manage performance.
• Partner with PAL leadership; translate financial data into actionable insights.
