Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.
• Monitor inventory valuation and manufacturing costs.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes using Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
