Job summary

Dometic is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and internal controls. You will oversee monthly close, journals, reconciliations, and consolidation for corporate reporting, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and internal policies.

You will mentor accounting staff, collaborate with operations and FP&A, and drive process improvements and ERP enhancements to support budgeting and forecasting activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution environments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with multinational reporting environments and financial consolidations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Support consolidation and reporting requirements for corporate reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
