Dometic is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Sparta, TN finance team. You will maintain accounting records, perform journal entries, reconcile Balance Sheets, and support internal and external reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance as a minimum requirement.
• Solid knowledge of basic accounting procedures and processes.
• Experience with payroll administration and general ledger activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records following policies and procedures.
• Assist month-end close activities and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Process returns, credits, and monthly reporting obligations.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records and performance tracking.
• Support audits and accounts payable entries as needed.
• Contribute to pricing updates and special projects as assigned.
