Job summary

Dometic is seeking a skilled Controller to join our Marine division in Port St. Lucie, FL. You will lead month-end closings, forecasting, and consolidations while advising manufacturing on financial data and ensuring accurate inventory control across multiple departments.

You will guide cost analysis, budgeting, and capital expenditure processes, partnering with department managers to optimize production costs and improve reporting systems in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance in manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong background in financial analysis, inventory accounting, and cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closings for manufacturing systems to meet deadlines.
• Lead financial modeling to support long-term strategic plans.
• Provide financial analysis to business partners and management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; manage filings.
• Analyze variances, identify trends, and drive action plans.
• Own budgeting process and quarterly financial reporting presentations.
• Oversee cash management and banking relationships.
• Drive production cost optimization and cost reporting improvements.
