Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Lead Controller in Elizabethtown, NC to oversee financial control, reporting, and accounting operations under US GAAP and SOX. You will lead the Controlling team, partner with Operations and Corporate Finance, and drive accuracy and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full US GAAP compliance across entities; maintain SOX controls.
• Lead monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
• Oversee cost accounting processes and standard costing updates.
• Provide financial insight to Operations leadership and drive cost control.
