Page Executive is seeking a Financial Controller for its manufacturing operation in New Hampshire. The role reports to senior leadership and will oversee accounting, treasury, cost accounting, and financial planning to drive performance.

The successful candidate will lead close cycles, ensure US GAAP compliance, and partner with operations to deliver cost savings and profitability improvements. On-site with a strong leadership track record is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Significant manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong expertise in job costing, standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days/ week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, inventory, cost accounting, and treasury.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and management reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting in partnership with department leaders.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, job costing, inventory controls, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations to identify cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, financing compliance, and lender reporting.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop accounting and finance team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Support executive leadership with strategic analysis, business planning, and special projects.
