Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services is assisting a global professional services firm in identifying a Controller to scale accounting infrastructure, strengthen controls, and lead closing processes. This in-office role focuses on GAAP reporting, cost control, and ERP initiatives across corporate and field operations.

The Controller will drive close discipline, internal controls, and accounting systems improvements while partnering with the CFO.

Formación

• Active CPA certification required.
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience leading financial close, reporting, and internal controls is required.
• Experience coordinating external audits and compliance requirements is required.
• Preference for construction/project and manufacturing accounting knowledge.
• ERP systems experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting function and general ledger integrity.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with clear deadlines.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.
• Oversee ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Manage accounting team and drive process improvements across the organization.
