Frontline Managed Services is actively seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting organization, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting. This individual will oversee all accounting operations, internal controls, compliance, financial close, and audits while building scalable infrastructure for growth and international expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA/CA required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-entity and international accounting.
• Experience leading external audits and post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, payroll, fixed assets, revenue, and treasury.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close and reduce timelines.
• Ensure timely internal financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits with external auditors.
• Drive ERP enhancements and automation of accounting processes.
• Oversee cash management and working capital.
• Partner with FP&A on forecasting and analysis.
• Support mergers & acquisitions activities and integration.
