Responsibilities include ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, managing revenue recognition for government contracts, and directing budgeting, cost accounting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have five-plus years in a senior finance role within aerospace/defense and strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years in a senior finance role, ideally in aerospace/defense.
• Strong FAR/DFARS, CAS knowledge and government contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business performance against financial goals and projections.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and government contracts; manage revenue recognition.
• Oversee accounting department and supervise 2–3 direct reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
