Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance measurement is preferred.
• Ability to convey complex information and motivate the team.
• Strong leadership to achieve operational targets across disciplines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to employees and oversee training and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities and staffing schedules.
• Prepare complex financial statements and audit/tax documents.
• Oversee accounting systems implementation and reporting.
