Job summary

CBRE seeks a Controller to lead multiple real estate accounting teams, ensuring accurate client reporting for portfolios. You will price service changes, create estimates, and act as a primary contact for strategic accounts while driving department initiatives and process improvements.

The role requires deep accounting knowledge, budgeting and financial analysis experience, and strong leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 10 years prior experience including management experience.
• Knowledge of financial terms, principles and compliance; ability to forecast and prepare budgets.
• Experience conducting financial/business analysis including reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and price scope of service changes and price additional services.
• Create pricing estimates for new opportunities and enter pricing into PeopleSoft.
• Serve as a single point of contact for a market and/or Strategic Account Client.
• AssistSenior Management with strategic department and corporate initiatives.
• Review staff work product and ensure timely, accurate release to clients.
• Provide supervision, plan staffing, and manage labor utilization.
• Solve complex problems and develop strategic solutions in a matrix environment.
• Make decisions with understanding of procedures, policies, and business practices.
