Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support our global delivery model by guiding indirect team members for client delivery.
• Provide global support on processes and lead communications between BSO team and internal stakeholders.
• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Review items handled by junior team members and coach as needed.
• Prepare periodic complex financial statements and approve audit and tax preparation documents.
• Point of contact for the implementation and maintenance of accounting and reporting systems, providing technical expertise.
• Assist executive management with the implementation of strategic department and corporate initiatives.
• Review and verify financial information including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements prior to submittal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and ensure timelines and customer service standards are met.
• Monitor financial performance and provide a forward-looking view and strategic advice to the executive management team.
