Leoforce is seeking a Senior Controller in Norwood, MA to lead the accounting team and oversee all financial reporting in line with GAAP. You will manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and governance for invested assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in senior finance, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and strong communication skills. CPA or Master’s is a plus; this is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business; Master’s or CPA desirable.
• 5+ years in senior finance/accounting roles with GAAP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software; experience with implementations.
• High integrity, urgency, and results orientation; strong communication.
• Ability to manage teams and present financial data clearly to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting in line with GAAP and regulations.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audit activities.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and minimum cash thresholds.
• Optimize banking relationships and cash position strategies.
• Lead budgeting and monitor performance with internal/external metrics.
• Supervise invested assets per policies; ensure governance.
• Coach accounting team on financial processes and compliance.
• Prepare monthly budgeting reports and division-level forecasts.
• Report financial performance for leadership reviews.
• Monitor debt levels and covenant compliance.
