Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Controller-level or senior accounting leadership experience.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations and oversee the accounting team.
• Manage financial reporting and core general accounting functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.
• Oversee month-end/year-end close and account reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate tax, audit, and annual reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership on financial and operational initiatives.
• Maintain effective accounting controls and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Evaluate current accounting processes and implement operational improvements.
