Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a dynamic Permanent Controller to lead all financial management activities in the construction sector. You will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires a CPA (preferred) and at least 5 years in senior finance within construction, with strong GAAP expertise, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all company accounting practices and financial reporting.
