Job summary

MedPro Disposal, backed by Accordant Capital and its MP1 Solutions portfolio, is seeking a Controller to own the financial backbone of a scaling, multi‑company organization, ensuring books are accurate, timely, and audit‑ready.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will manage the full accounting cycle, drive intercompany consolidations, and implement modern ERP/FP&A tooling and AI‑enabled automation across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
• 2–5 years in a Controller or equivalent leadership role.
• Multi-entity accounting experience with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations.
• Startup/PE-backed small-company experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting cycle — GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, daily cash positioning, and reconciliations.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements at entity and consolidated levels.
• Develop and enforce internal controls; ensure regulatory compliance across entities.
• Lead ERP/FP&A tooling, AI automation, and EOS/Traction‑style operating cadence.
