Emerald Auto Holdings in Salt Lake City is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen controls, and scale processes for growth.

The role combines deep technical accounting with high personal accountability while building schedules, reconciliations, and disciplined close procedures across multiple entities. Expect proactive problem solving and end‑to‑end ownership of finance functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with substantial accounting coursework.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of month-end close and GL.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge incl. accruals, reconciliations, journal entries.
• Hands-on cash management, forecasting, and supervising AP/AR.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Mansioni

• Own the monthly close process and maintain a detailed close calendar.
• Build accounting schedules, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciations.
• Prepare and post journal entries; ensure accuracy and support.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Lead AP/AR team and manage vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Drive cash forecasting, treasury activities, and treasury controls.
