KBR in Houston seeks a Control Systems Engineering (CSE) Lead to drive the process control scope across DCS, instrumentation, telecoms, and process analyzers for large oil & gas projects.

You will lead engineering design, manage cost/schedule, mentor teams, and coordinate with stakeholders. PE or P.Eng. is preferred; 10+ years in industrial oil & gas and 5+ years in technical leadership are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of industrial oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or heavy industries experience.
• 5+ years in technical control systems leadership.

Mansioni

• Drive projects in development to execution, managing cost, scope, schedule and reporting.
• Lead scopes of work, construction packages, and risk management.
• Communicate with leadership, engineers, procurement and project controls.
• Develop process control specifications and design for DCS, PLC, and SIS.
