Job summary

KBR is seeking an I&C - Senior Engineer to lead technical and operation engineering for instrumentation and process control scope, including DCS, telecoms, instrumentation, and analyzers for large oil & gas projects. You will collaborate with execution teams, manage supplier data, develop scopes, and ensure safe, compliant design documentation.

Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus are essential. The role requires 10+ years in industry with leadership experience and PE/P.Eng.

Qualifications

Experience developing process control specifications.
Led initiatives and managed suppliers.
Requisitioning, evaluating bids, and reviewing supplier data for DCS/PLC/SIS/BMS.
Experience with instrumentation and electrical schematics.
Familiarity with telecoms, cyber security, and process analyzers.
Strong organizational skills and communication.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist the execution lead with cost, scope, schedule, and reporting requirements.
Influence internal and external resources through relationship building.
Manage execution of design aspects per specs and standards to achieve objectives.
Assemble scopes of work and construction packages including docs.
Facilitate safety and constructability reviews.
Create requisitions for engineered items and spare parts lists.
Communicate technical and commercial issues to the lead.
Ensure all project documentation is completed.
