Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Burnet, TX seeks a Senior Engineer, Control Systems to join our Controls Engineering team.

You will lead and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA projects, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing systems. You will program Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs, develop robust control strategies, document procedures, and mentor site personnel while traveling up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering or applicable degree is desired.
• Experience with PLC/HMI programming on Allen Bradley and Omron.
• Familiarity with distribution, control/pneumatic systems and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safety-first culture with equipment, process and behavioral inspections.
• Lead projects to expand capacity and implement continuous improvements.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley & Omron PLCs and HMIs; maintain schematics.
• Provide troubleshooting support and mentor site personnel; travel ~10%.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.
