Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in control management with 3+ years of experience developing effective control strategies.
• Experience in monitoring and assessing risk and control environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration with executives and internal stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations and driving process improvement.
• Ability to lead compliance initiatives and align with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product portfolio activity to ensure policy compliance.
• Represent Control Management in key fraud and scam prevention forums.
• Identify and assess compliance and operational risks using anti-fraud and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Develop and implement control strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Regularly monitor and assess the business's risk and control environment with data literacy skills.
• Collaborate with executives to promote early risk identification and alignment with stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.
