Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Control Manager Senior Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Trust and Security Organization. You will identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks, collaborating with executives to design control strategies that keep our operations secure and efficient.

You will monitor portfolios, represent control management in fraud prevention forums, and drive continuous improvement in risk practices while leveraging data and technology literacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in control management focusing on compliance and operational risks.
• Experience monitoring and assessing risk and control environments with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong collaboration with business executives and internal stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product portfolio activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Represent the Control Management organization in key LOB fraud and scam prevention forums.
• Facilitate the identification and assessment of compliance and operational risks with anti‑fraud and cybersecurity awareness.
• Develop and implement effective control strategies to mitigate identified risks using process improvement and project management.
• Conduct regular monitoring of the business's compliance and risk/control environment leveraging data & tech literacy.
• Collaborate with executives to promote early compliance and risk identification with internal stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders with strong communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.
