• Strong communication and presentation skills; create executive summaries and key messages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and advise stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics to build a proactive risk culture.
• Review and provide program data (e.g., KRI/KPI), use analytics and visualization tools, and create reports for decisions.
• Lead or support Risk & Control Self-Assessments with process walkthroughs and mappings.
• Lead or support control program projects, ensure regulatory compliance, drive improvements with new tech.
• Bring in skills like digital risk management, agile ways of working, and automation to move the organization forward.
