Job summary

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, QA or risk management.
• Applies risk management practices in routine situations and escalates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls and identify gaps.
• Design, set up and monitor controls using automation and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI) and create reports for decisions.
• Lead risk & control self-assessments through walkthroughs.
• Lead or support control program projects ensuring compliance and improvements via new tech.
• Bring in digital risk management and agile approaches to the team.
