Job summary

American Global seeks a Contractual Risk Manager to join our Infrastructure team. You will analyze major construction contracts, advise on risk allocation, and support negotiations across design-build and P3 projects.

You will work with contractors, legal, and insurance professionals to develop practical risk management strategies. This role offers remote-friendly options with offices across the US and Canada, allowing flexible placement near our locations while contributing to client strategy

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent required or admitted to practice.
• Deep knowledge of contract analysis, negotiation, indemnification, and risk allocation in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contractual risk analyses on major construction and infrastructure agreements.
• Support contract negotiations by identifying exposures and advising on risk allocation and insurance terms.
• Collaborate with legal, insurance, and risk teams to develop risk management strategies.
