Job summary

SciTec, a non-traditional defense contractor, seeks a Contract/Subcontract Manager to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and related documents. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and manage subcontractor relationships while supporting project teams.

Required are extensive contract management experience, strong analytical skills, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance. The role is based in Colorado with on-site duties and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost/Cost-plus).
• FAR/DFARS mastery; NCMA standards and contract language drafting.
• CPCM/CFCM certification preferred; Bachelor or Master with senior experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts/subcontracts and related documents.
• Support project teams with contract management and accounting issues.
• Maintain contract records and develop relationships with customers and Partners.
• Assist with bid packages, subcontracts, and negotiations; ensure compliance with company policies.
