The ideal Contracts Manager candidate has a diverse background in professional services contracts administration and compliance and a comprehensive knowledge of pricing, contracting, and business management. This individual has in-depth knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other applicable government regulations. Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Review all contract/task order documents and ensure requirements are tracked for compliance.
Review terms and conditions of customer contracts and negotiate exceptions to ensure compliance with standard terms and conditions of company.
Monitor purchase orders as required to provide status updates.
Provide guidance and direction to company personnel on contractual matters as needed.
Execute teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements in accordance with company policy.
