Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in contract preparation, contract award, FAR compliance, and contract package validation.
• Experience with contracting procedures, types, and methods, including formal advertising, negotiation, fixed-price, and cost contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cost and price procedures and contractor evaluation.
• Post-award management and oversight experience

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and administer agreements with private sector, academic, and government partners to support advanced technology and innovation.
• Ensure FAR compliance and security requirements, coordinating with program managers and legal teams, monitoring contractor performance, and mitigating risk.
• Operate in secure, high-stakes environments with strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Travel up to 10% within the US; lift up to 30 lbs and perform related physical tasks.
