Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including complex solicitations and specialized proposals.

You will draft contracts, assess risk, and negotiate a wide range of agreements while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, export laws, and company policies. As a key liaison among legal, finance, and business teams, you will resolve contract issues, guide strategic decisions, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, on-site setting

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or eligible for status).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related legal field is required.
• 6+ years of contract/administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle for Crystal Group, including complex solicitations.
• Draft, assess risk, negotiate a wide range of agreements, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Lead contract reviews, mentor team members, and drive negotiations with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to resolve contract issues and guide decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on export laws and emerging regulations impacting government and international contracting.
